Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

• We want you to love your purchases, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out!💞 Returns are accepted for store credit on regular priced, unworn, unwashed items with any tags still attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email us at coralcactus@coralcactusboutique.com for return authorization and return address. We list new arrivals daily, so I feel confident that you will find something else you will love!
• ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE GREATER THAN 15% OFF, ALL SALE ITEMS, MARKDOWNS, CLEARANCE, PINK FRIDAY, BLACK FRIDAY, DOORBUSTERS, & WEEKLY SPECIALS, are FINAL SALE. ALL ITEMS $25 OR LESS ARE FINAL SALE. Please do not return these items to us, as we cannot accept them, and you must pay shipping charges before they can be returned to you. 
• All bralettes, intimates, swimwear, shoes, hats, jewelry, and accessories are FINAL SALE.
• To make returns easier for you, we are happy to email a prepaid return label on request and deduct the cost of return shipping from your store credit. 
• When mailing a return, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
• We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed, we encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
• If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us by email at coralcactus@coralcactusboutique.com within 3 business days of the delivery date. We will be unable to accept returns due to defects if not contacted within 3 days. 
  
  We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

PRE-ORDERS:

• Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock, and you must place your order if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives. The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will not risk the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online
• Please kindly note, pre-orders are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be cancelled or refunded once placed. However, if you would like to exchange for your item for another size, and we have that size in stock, you may do so.

• Please note that dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur, mainly due to shipment held by customs. 

• The Coral Cactus is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur. So, please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will, however, keep you updated as to when your items are available for shipping.
