Because we ship all orders over $30 at no charge, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To make returns easier for you, we are happy to email a prepaid return label on request and deduct the cost of return shipping from your store credit.
When mailing a return, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed, we encourage you to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).
