Candle Details!

Candles are custom made and hand poured upon ordering and will ship in 5-7 business days!

*For maximum fragrance and a longer lasting candle:

When you burn your soy candle for the first time, please be sure to burn it 3-4 hours... long enough for the wax to be fully melt across the width of the candle.

A full melt pool on the first burn will ensure an even burn for each lighting after that thus avoiding the wax "tunneling" down the center.

A correct burn releases the maximum fragrance!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How are the candles produced?

Each candle is 100% pure soy wax mixed with hand picked fragrance oils that blends together beautifully and is then hand poured into vessels or melt containers fresh upon your order.

Do I need to maintain my candle?

Yes, you need to make sure you start off with the right wax pool when starting your candle. Afterwards, you need to make sure to trim your wicks to 1/4” before you start your next burn. Doing this will prevent the wick from smoking black soot. You will notice the wick starting to look like a mushroom when it’s too long.

How long should I let the candle burn?

When you 1st light your candle, it will need to make a full wax pool to prevent tunneling, this may take 2-4 hours depending on the size of candle you bought. Failure to do this will mean that there is a likelihood of your candle tunneling and not burning properly throughout the life of the candle.

Can I reuse the jar after the candle has burned?

We don’t suggest you use the jar for another candle due to the heat from the first candle compromising the strength of the glass. We DO love to see people re-purposing their candle jar for planters, vases, or change jars for some extra spending money!!

Why does my jar look like it has wet spots?

This is a natural process that our soy wax goes through when being poured and then the natural warming and cooling of the wax and how it’s interacting with the jar. This doesn’t interfere with the burning at all.
